So some of you may already know that I work at a Chinese restaurant as a dishwasher. I work in the back with the cooks who are Chinese, their accents are very thick and its always been a struggle to understand them. I try making small talk about how their day was with them and things like that. But today I finally got to talking with the crew, for months its been tough making friends with these guys because of the language barrier but now we are finally understanding each other and making jokes and being friends. I couldnt help but think of the scene from the movie 13th warrior.
