So, something really cool happened today...cant get it out of my head. So, you all know I am working on Darians Sweet Sixteen, while trying to get her to talk about things other than her BF and BFF and fav songs...I ask her, Who is a woman you admire? without skipping a beat or before I could elaborate....she said YOU! Only a Parent can know the joy of hearing this, it goes right up there with hearing, I Love You the first time their child says it I remember dreaming about hearing her say, I love you,Mommy for the first time....but never, ever, ever... in all my wildest dreams, did I think I would hear her say this.... at least not in THE TEENAGE YEARS.... unless I was on a deathbed or something... I used to say I am lucky to have such a great daughter, now I know I am BLESSED
