So today was a bit ugly...Still cant squat or lunge or do any sort of leg presses...DAMN! So various sets and reps with heavy weights of deadlifts, good-mornings, standing and seated calves, some kickboxing (no leg impact) and ab work...then rehab with bands for my knee...how long is this gonna take...Im going crazy! When I go to squat, I get almost to a 90 degree and it feels like someone jabs a knife under my right kneecap...any clues/help/ideas my fellow lifters?
