So tonight Connie and I, along with her sister and husband, and my Daughter Whit and 4 of the grand daughters went and watched the Parade in Centralia. Fantastic!! Then we went over to a special limited opening for friends over at Fielders Pizza at the new Mellon street off ramp. Probably the BEST Pizza I have ever had. The cheese was perfect, and the crust excellent. The Pepperoni we had is REAL MEAT not soy, and was great. It didnt leave that greasy taste on the roof of your mouth that fake meat leaves. Ask my bestest girls Macee and Mavin...PaPa had 8 pieces....mmmmm . The remodel on the place really makes it look new. Very clean. The waitress memorized our order and had it out to us in very short time. She was very cordial and professional. kudos!!!! I am not sure when they open up to the public, but believe me...you are going to like this new Pizza!!!! We eat a lot of Pizza and hands down the best I have had! Check them out when they are open...nice place. Great food!!!! and you know I dont mince words when it comes to food!!!! :-)
