So you are struggling some with your stuff but you dont want to - TopicsExpress

So you are struggling some with your stuff but you dont want to disconnect or lose your mojo completely, and you might still be tossing up whether or not to compete next year? Or should you sort your sh^%t out first and maybe wait until 2015? Well, in either case, my suggestion is to stay accountable. To someone. Lifes transitions and changes can be particularly troublesome in this respect. Perhaps the people who helped hold you accountable are now somewhere else. You moved on, maybe they did not. Fortunately, it is easier than ever before to stay in touch. There are many forums on-line that has no borders, nor do other social media tools. New friends and accountability partners will emerge if and when you seek them, but at least during and immediately after a transition, please dont unplug from one accountability and support system before you are confidently plugged in to another. Also, be creative and open to new situations. Dont assume that your old way of doing things was the only right way of doing things. There are many right ways to be fit, lean, and strong and to look like a figure or sports model. Sometimes changes prevent us from continuing to do things the way we used to do. Successful people are what I refer to as Overcomers. To an Overcomer, each problem and hurdle is an opportunity to overcome a challenge rather than a reason or excuse to quit. Be innovative and resourceful. You will only find ways to succeed when you a looking for ways to succeed.
