Solid workout annihilated today! Smashed chest & back! Worked the bench press using the heavy chains which was a first for me & I really enjoyed using them! Also spent the last half hour doing functional conditioning exercises! Battle rope intervals. Kettlebell swings. Box jumps. Single leg box jumps. Numerous types of pull ups. Im impressed & happy with my core work! I always enjoy keeping on top of functionality because it keeps my sharp & solid for wrestling training!
