Some time back I talked about my new favorite song from Pharrell Williams called Happy! Im not kidding you; I have been in restaurants, stores, elevators, malls, dentist chairs; and when that song comes on the smiles start coming, the hands start waving, and the feet start tapping. Its crazy!! People even start dancing wherever they are!! I love it!! Isnt it something how a song can do that to us? Im Soo glad because something has to! People walk around with no expressions, no smiles, no happiness on their faces. Its really sad. Good morning everyone! We all know that happiness is a choice. I dont even need to say that. But why is it that we choose the opposite for our days? Why is it that if its a choice of fun and joy and smiles and peace, that we would choose the other? I think in Sooo many cases its something inside ourselves thats not resolved. We dont have the peace in our heart about something or someone. Is there someone you need to forgive or reconcile with? Ive struggled with forgiveness all of my life. Its very hard for me to forgive someone when they purposefully set out to hurt me. Even in the smallest way its hard for me. But, I have a great role model in the forgiveness category. He forgave me to show me how to forgive others. Even though I may not think they deserve it. But then again....neither did I!! Clap along if you feel like ...happiness is the truth!:)) Lets make a decision today to forgive and move on with our lives. That peace and freedom from the bondage of an unforgiving heart will get you back to the Extraordinarily You, you were so happily created to be! And of course that....smile!! :)) That says it all!! :))
