Some wonderful accomplishments by Al Gore: In 1985, Gore co-founded the Parents Music Resource Center (PMRC), an advocacy group that sought to restrict the youths access to such dangerous and prurient songs as Twisted Sisters Were Not Gonna Take It. During an August 1985 Senate hearing on the PMRCs proposals to censor undesirable music, noted Satanic perverts Frank Zappa, Twisted Sister (Dee Snider), and John Denver eloquently spoke out against the PMRCs efforts.
