Someone wrote in a post: “I don’t understand what’s happening in Australia now” so I thought I’d sum it up for them as follows: The abbott mismanagement team aka the government has declared war on Australian citizens who come into any of the following categories: students; doctors; nurses; motorcycle riders; people who want to associate in groups of more than 3; political protestors (= any public gathering of people, including in your own home); people who are unemployed or employed full or part-time on minimum wage; gay ppl, especially those who want to get married; babies; children; young people; old people; disabled people; anyone with a mental illness; sick people, including newborns in neonatal units; males; females; the aged - hope you get the picture. The only people Toady’s regime looks after and protects are those with enormous wealth. This is because those are the people who own the aforementioned mismanagement team, so they call the shots. This is also the reason none of the protests are reported in mainstream media - those media outlets are owned and muffled by the same corporate owners of govt. Finally do not overlook 1) the crimes against humanity being committed 24/7 against asylum seekers in Australian run detention centres, aka concentration camps, under the direction of Scott Morrison (a Christian, as so many current govt members claim to be) and 2) that Tony Abbott has withdrawn the derisory $211 a year (A YEAR!!!) paid to orphans of Australian army personnel who have been killed in the line of duty. He has also withdrawn the danger bonus soldiers used to be paid. An intelligent dictator would have greatly increased the amount paid to the bereaved children to a decent annual amount up to and including the costs of their uni education, because that child’s father gave his LIFE ‘in the service of his country’. But Toady cuts the $211. So you see, thats what were dealing with. And I havent even mentioned fracking, mining, and dumping coal slurry on the Once Great Barrier Reef.
