(Diplima, or BSC or B tech). • Must have completed his GCC factories. • Must have experience as a plant engineer in the FMCG environment. • 5 Years’ experience as a plant engineer with maintenance staff reporting to him directly. • Previous experience where he controlled at least 25 artisans and foreman. • Must understand and worked with asset preventative maintenance systems. • At factory management level he must have a good understanding of line efficiencies and line performances OEE. • Previous experience of input and control of maintenance budgets. • Experience with factory related projects and control. • Experience of implementing good engineering practices. • Knowledge of food safety, regulatory requirements for food safety and hygienic engineering systems.
