Stronglifts Wednesday December 10th 2014 Squat 3x5 200lb Overhead Press 3x5 105lb Deadlift 5x135lb 5x185lb 5x225lb 5x255lb I also forgot to post this yesterday, but on top of that I wanted to give a review on my new weightlifting shoes! After a little over a year of squatting I finally decided to invest in some squat shoes and they are definitely worth every penny! Theyre supposedly the intro version with only a 0.5 sole, but theyre much better than the Chuck Taylors I had been using that was suggested to me. I can actually feel my self planted to the floor with no ankle or foot shifting at all! I felt I couldve squat more than I did, but kept to my routine. They also helped with stability in my deadlifts. I definitely suggest them to anyone who squats with free weights! I may upgrade to the 0.75 shoes after 8-10 months.
