Stupid question: How do you know if you need stitches? I found one of those ehow things that says "if you can move the sides of the wound around you might need stitches"... I can, but the wound is not deep. (I took a tumble and landed hard on my knee). It seems to cut into the skin a bit, but at an angle, and it did not bleed a lot. What do you think? Should I go to the ER? Or just bind it tightly?
