Suggestion needed for cleaning this stove. I have never seen a stove this nasty!! It has caked on grease, layers and layers of it! I have spent at least 1-1/2 - 2 hours scrubbing it with steel wool and Brillo pads, Soft Scrub gel, Bar Keepers Friend, some kitchen cleaner thats supposed to cut through grease (I think it was Comet brand liquid spray,) dishwashing soap and vinegar, etc. And thats just on the cook top - havent even started on the inside of the oven! Im wondering if there are any tried and true methods out there. There are also several little specks of surface rust, but with severe scrubbing, I have been able to remove some of them. Do I need to purchase a degreaser of some sort?
