Sunday, July 13, 2014 The failure - success curve; Ghana V United States @ Leadership! Presidents Obama and Mahama are of the DEMOCRATIC party designation in terms comprehensible more to their nations, and with hybrid convergence as well as universal acceptance in many ways. Both men are Presidents of political parties that WON POWER in the respective nations of the United States and Ghana in 2008 and 2012 respectively. Of course BOTH LEADERS have been working since they ASSUMED POLITICAL LEADERSHIP. Obama did in January 2009; Mahama on July 25, 2012 post the death of ex President Mills, who passed on while still President on July 24, 2012. Mills was sworned into office in January 2009. ONLY a LIAR would SAY a given government has DONE NOTHING because ALL governments do SOMETHING! And so, Obama as well as Mahama has done somethings this far. In justaposing what EACH or BOTH had done and what they did NOT do, but should have done or must do, the NET is a FERTILE FIELD of CONTROVERSY. Yes, much dispute! And very much so. Raging scenario FIRST, the POLARISED PARTISAN LOT would DEFEND the TWO GENTLEMEN at all cost and no matter what. SECOND is the fickle - minded who would defend as it suit their views and lambast as it sits at variance. THIRD is the RECOGNISED and or pretentious OPPOSITION which FINDS not much good in what IS done. But FOURTH, and most CRITICAL, IS that TRUE MIDDLE GROUP that STAYS NEUTRAL or at least TRY to as humanly possible as may be, and is NEUTRALLY SITUATED per situation and CALLS IT AS IT MUST BE CALLED! Group 1 does NOT help leadership SUCCEED. It smacks of sycophancy and stalls at average or worse even as it is PART of leadership or sympathetic to it, loves it and WANT it working well! Group 2 is mostly IGNORED, but easily SWAYED to add to GROUP 1 or 3 to determine a FAIR ELECTORAL PROCESS. There LAY its strength. Group 3 both keeps leadership on toes but could also be destructive. The two sides exist in an intra group equilibrium so depending on the prominent portion, leadership may be PUSHED TO PERFORM OR RIPPED APART. The fulcrum is the most moderated portion per this group equilibrium. Group 4 is what MAKES THE NATION OR COLLECTION STRONG! G 4 SEES CLEARLY, NEUTRALLY AND FAIRLY, ACTING JUSTLY in gross and hence can profer the MOST ACCURATE and SUSTAINABLE SOLUTIONS and METHODOLOGIES etc. A weaker or smaller G 4 portends less performance; a better, larger G 4 yields a more strong performance over all. All above exist ceteris paribus. For Obama and Mahama, G 3 the OPPOSITION [ known or pretentiously hidden ], G 2 the fickle - minded when swayed to CRITIC, and G 4 the MIDDLE sample or constituency, mostly, HAD BEEN ON THEIR CASE ALL THE WHILE! But on occassions some G 1 also. Critic For some, it IS CRITIC for GOOD. For others the MOTIVATION is for mixed or hidden agenda eg political or simple opposition rooted in VAHGEC. And yet for many more, it IS MALICE - LADEN. But ALL the categorisations and groupings fall under a curve, in a circle or within a globe! That I intened to TEACH YOU TODAY! But note FIRST that all sections stay within the normal equilibrium states, SHIFTING as situations and NUMBERS determine. Multiple balance or see - saw states are thus delineable. These may be interlinked and INFLUENCED. And they may in turn affect the other. For Obama and Mahama, the UNDENIABLE IS THAT BOTH have FAILED MORE than SUCCEEDED per at least harvestable perceptions and tangibles in large. Hence the criticisms. The OUTCRY in both nations, is a CLEAR INDICATOR of failure or non performance in net! And to such for example, Mahama himself admits to CHALLENGES that he promises to fix with explanations. Again, that IS very indicative. In all cases, the critics may be right or wrong or both. Yet per Mahama, leadership DAPU: DECISIONS ACTS POLICIES UTTEFANCES etc NOT only left sour taste in mouths but ACTIVELY WORKED PEOPLE to emotions and hence REACT! Same IS true of Obama. When people perceive - RIGHTLY OR WRONGLY - that their security, safety [ the two are NOT the same ] and or welfare et al is theatened / BEING JEOPARDISED or toyed with, they WOULD REACT! The RESPONSE may be SOFT or HARD. Be it hard or soft, each has multiple branches. Under hard comes EMOTIONS. The emotive begats anger. Hence anger tools and sequale etc. Failures very unccountable Obama has FAILED both on the global front and also in the HOMELAND. The critics POINT to this in the myriads. But the larger mainstream media MSM and others SUPPORT and DEFEND mostly what clearly is the INDEFENSIBLE which per say another like Bush would incur vitriols. Same can be said of President Mahama! Yet there TRULY are failures which we can LIST the if need be. Obama and Mahama does have critical media also. Ghana has been SHAMED recently beyond measure, globally. GFA / Channel 4, the Daily Telegragh scandal, Black Star fiasco at Brazil including Hollywood style $ 3 - 4 million haulage to Brazil from Ghana, disgraceful and LYING Ghanaian ? ASYLUM SEEKERS with tacit Roman Catholic Church aid etc. And so was the US on many fronts including Benghazi murder of Ambassador Stephens, Syria by Putin, Ukraine, Sgt Bergdahl swap, and now German SACK of CIA station chief. Per Ghana, weak decisions that would HURT the nation GREATLY include non - insightful judgement that invariably MORTAGES the nation to the EU via the EPA, SEEMINGLY RAPID MOVES TO STRIP Ghanas sovereignty and hand it over to a weak, shadowry amorphous and NON - ELECTED ECOWAS etc! As for HOME matters, the PROTESTS - organised or not, politically - pushed or not; the NATIONWIDE OUTCRY across all sections of political divide and social structure in gross over ALL RANGE OF ISSUES / HARDSHIPS eg healthcare - NHIS matters, utility availability, tariffs, tax, salary, CORRUPTION etc, and the REAL MEASURABLE TANGIBLES PER AVAILABLE EVIDENCE etc says it all. Again, Mahama is very CHALLENGED just as Obama is WEAK. Both have FAILED this far on numerous fronts. Obamas Congress cannot work for example. He cannot work with it. The institutions and the White House seem perpetually in schism. The military and intelligence community stands out in CLASH with the political leadership. Intelligence analysis is TAINTED and POLITICISED at CONSUMPTION, and the SHAME gets SHIFTED to the INTELLIGENCE COMMUNITY in LARGE or at SOME OPERATIVES. THE MILITARY IS BEING DOWNSIZED. DISSENT IS CRASHED, morale dips and thus TROOPS are BEING EXPOSED to GREATER RISK WHILE HOSTILE ENTITIES / STATES and the ENEMY gets EMBOLDENED. The economy is yet to breath LIFE post the great depression. Some jobs are being created but in dilution. And MOST AMERICANS ARE SIMPLY NOT JUST HAPPY WITH THE LEADERSHIP! In fact, a HUGE percentage DOES NOT TRUST WASHINGTON! Worse, the CONSTITUENCY that notably SUPPORT DEMOCRATIC GOVERNMENTS are or appear worse hit. For example African Americans DECRY the Southern Border OUTOUR INTO AMERICA OF UNACCOMPANIED CHILDREN from Southern American states of Honduras, El Salvador, Chile et al noting that they [ some African Americans ] DO NOT HAVE FOOD TO EAT OR SHOES TO WEAR AND THE KIDS WOULD BECOME ADDITIONAL BURDEN! [ r 1 - 2 ]. That speaks to Americas BROKEN IMMIGRATION POLICY that NEEDS FIXING AND URGENTLY to PROTECT US NATIONAL SECURITY! But indications point to no such REAL fix, at least NOT yet per the divisions! Obama and Mahama has FAILED in many ways, so far. But are these men NOT WORKING and in fact HARD? Of course they are! Yet, TRUTH is that everything IS PROPERLY DONE IN A CERTAIN WAY. ALL other modalities are but good or not APPROXIMATIONS to that best way! Hence intended results may be MISSED if the RIGHT method is NOT used.And so exams are passed; women are won over in love; football teams excel; boxers win; homes, businesses prosper and nations are BUILT ROBUSTLY AND SUSTAINABLY ONLY RIGHTLY per a CERTAIN WAY BASED ON INEXORABLE but SURE LAWS, PRINCIPLES, PRECEPTS found in nature and life, LEARNED by man, expounded upon and TAUGHT to man by man, who MUST PRACTISE to perfect and hence succeed! ANYTHING else is octopusi - dance in EXPREIMENTATION with CONSEQUENTIAL products, some undesirable and some desirable in mix. The failure - success curve, circle or globe This circle, curve or globe could: VARY in size consist of multiples smaller aspects be modified be enlarged be shrunked etc. But it gives the EXACT valuation of success in relation to failure per the leader in a given time! I explain it thus: If you stretch both arms forwards. If the LEFT L hand designate failure and the RIGHT R success. If the L trajectory is QUARANTEED FIASCO, and R path IS CERTAIN SUCCESS. The GAP between L and R path IS a fractionated mixture of failure and success in varied proportions! If you stretch L and R backwards so they meet in the MIDLINE behind you, assuming you are a contortionist, you would have enscribed CIRCLE of sort. The path of R would yield SUCCESS, the road of L FAILURE. But these are arcs. They become the HFSC HALF FAILURE - SUCCESS CURVE along which 50 % of the perimeter would yield positives R and the other 50 % negatives L. Each half meets at TWO ENDS where you expect a 50 - 50 success - failure rate. And the Diameter DSF 1 / 2 through these TWO POINTS IS WHAT WOULD YIELD HALF SUCCESS - HALF FAILURE at any given TIME! The second DIAMETER D P 1 / 2 from mid R perimeter to mid L perimeter is a fractionated success - failure mix from 1 : 0 or near so, to 0 : 1. Where 1 is maximal success scored at 100%, and 0 ABSOLUTE FAILURE! To the LEFT of DSF 1 / 2 would be a SEMI CIRCLE of MORE FAILURE but some success in designated ratios or proportions. And to the RIGHT would be a SEMI CIRCLE region of MORE SUCCESS than failure in appropriate ratios. Each semi circle would have innumerable SPOTS with some having products yielded in eon years! That IS applicable to ALL spots! Results per ANY point may come over a variable TIME therefore and in VARIABLE PROPORTIONS based on multi - factorials but PARTICULARLY on the EXACT COORDINATES! Modifiers Modifying factors may include the person or player other players prevailing environment nature of stretch eg able to stretch fully? And so which SPOT? etc etc. Plotting the Presidents Again, Presidents Obama and Mahama are WORKING. But the NET fruit isnt that LAUDABLE. It is a mix of good and bad etc. They are thus NOT either on the RIGHT PERIMETER or the LEFT PERIMETER. Where could they be then? Can YOU plot? That IS a beginning to TELLING their state, what can be done, and what cannot etc. 2 . 5 years to go TOTALLY for Obama, and possibly in total for Mahama, could we begin to locate their coordinates per TIME as we WATCH?
