**Sunday Menu updateish...** definitely Rhug Estate Roast Beef and Home Farm Roast pork - but then its out of my hands - all down to the kitchen and what they fancy! (reckon its similar to dealing with premier league footballers, hollywood A listers or, maybe even a Kardashian!) Just kidding - theyre great and perfectly reasonable! Will post the full Sunday menu in the morning, but itll be 5 choices of starter, main and dessert - and itll be lush! Come and give us a try... Burns night tonight - alongside our winter a la carte menu were doing Cullen skink, Roasted Venison and white chocolate and whisky bread & butter pudding for our friends from north of the northern border. Should be a great night (and hopefully we wont have the snow like last year!) Due to send our monthly MH Newsletter round next week (just need to write it!) and thinking about what to include... One thing thats important for us this year is to understand what people want at lunchtimes - really keen to encourage more people in to try us for lunch so think Ill focus on that? Also keen to try to encourage lunch clubs to put us on their lists - if anyone knows anyone who knows anyone do let me know or point them in our direction! (that sentence could win prizes for inefficient use of language!!)
