THE ANOINTING Since the Mighty God of Heaven First gave His Word to men He gave that Word because mankind Had fallen into Sin And the God of Heaven always knew That if men were to be reached Then He must give to men His Word And that Word then must be Preached And in order for men to Preach that Word They must first receive His Call And Preach by His Holy Spirit Or never Preach at all For to Preach without the Spirit Is a mockery at best The Word must be Divinely Sent And by His Sprit Blessed When the Spirit and the Word combine They are like a Two-edged Sword They pierce the hardened sinner’s heart And lead him to The Lord.
