THE NEGATIVE POWER OF SUPPRESSED EMOTION When you suppress an emotion, the energy of that emotion does not go away. Instead it subsides, and sinks deeper in your consciousness. Rather than resolve the emotional energy through some form of response, you choose to hold it inside. Though the immediacy of the feeling may pass, the energy does not. You hold it deep inside and, typically it stays inside and begins to coagulate and eventually becomes matter. The energy literally becomes an unhealthy, pathological mass. Suppressed emotional energy can become tumorous, harden arteries, stiffen joints, weaken bones, and creates a variation of psychological disorders. Suppressed emotional energy can undermine the immune system and make your body vulnerable to innumerable illnesses. Remove anything that suppresses your emotions from your life, and begin to express yourself freely, happily and abundantly. Inspire Peace!!!
