THURSDAY!!!! Good Morning! The weeks nearly over ALREADY! The older you get, the quicker time flys by!! Your Exercise for today is...... Sculpt those triceps… If triceps dips, and press-ups are not satisfying enough for you, try this little beauty: You will need two stable services. The two surfaces need to be strong enough to take your full body weight. Both surfaces need to be equal height and a minimum of waist height. Think kitchen counter, desks, bookcase, window sill, stools etc. Place your palms on each surface. Lock arms straight (do not hyperextend), to your sides Bend knees and hold body weight between the two surfaces Slowly lower your body weight keeping your knees off of the floor. Only your elbow and shoulders should bend Slowly push yourself back into the start position If you do not have two surfaces that are equal height, you can use two surfaces that are of a similar height. Just make sure that you perform equal reps on both sides (changing sides to work both surfaces to keep the exercise balanced). Hard?
