TRUE TO FRIENDSHIP Unless I am a friend no matter the weather Be it fair or harsh, friendly or not Unless I can stick notwithstanding Then I am not indeed a friend When things are rough for me And those who were once friends desert me When tables of fortune turn against me Those who tarry are those true to friendship Unless for the sake of friendship I am willing and ready to force spring in winter Unless the love I have for ME is as much as the one I can spare a stranger Then I put a sign of questions on my kind of friendship Where is he or she?
