Then this is for you! ✨Start in a modified plank, knees on the ground. ✨First finger and thumb together making a diamond shape with your fingers. ✨Bend the elbows, taking them out to the side while bringing the chest down to the hands. ✨Breath out every time you push up. ✨10 Reps of straight down and up. ✨5 Reps of taking down for a three count and up for one ✨5 Reps taking it down for one and up for three. Do not let the back sag during the exercise, keep the core tight throughout. Tag someone that gates their bingo wings!!
