Weather Situation A cold front near the northeast of Tasmania will move away to the east tonight with a trough to cross over the southwest of the state Sunday morning. A high will pass north of Tasmania Sunday afternoon and evening, before moving slowly to the east of the state during Monday. The high will remain almost stationary over the Tasman Sea on Tuesday and Wednesday, with a front weakening and passing near the southwest of the state Tuesday evening and early Wednesday and another front to move over the Bight during Wednesday.
