Teaching Labor/Worker Education Join seasoned and young labor educators to showcase strategies for your education program Saturday, January 31, 2015 8:30 am – 4:30 pm Pierre Coste Room, Statler Wing City College Ocean Campus, 50 Phelan Avenue, San Francisco, California PROGRAM AS OF January 15, 2015 A day focusing on the practices and practitioners of labor education, sponsored by the United Association for Labor Education (UALE) and the City College of San Francisco Labor and Community Studies Department. Union, school, worker’s center, apprenticeship and community-based educators are invited to attend and participate. All are welcome. The exchange will consist of brief presentations of examples of labor or social justice education content and teaching strategy by Bay Area educators.
