Technological Incubators ** Yesterday we decided to establish two new technological incubators - one in food technology that will increase global food production and one in the medical field. ** The first, Food-Tech Hub LP, was selected to run a technology incubator in the Ashkelon District. The project is an initiative of the Strauss Group to develop the Israeli food market ecosystem. ** The second, Inspire Healthcare Innovations Ltd, was selected to run a technological incubator in the Central District, as part of a joint strategic move with two other companies, Teva and Philips, to advance medical innovation in Israel. ** What is a technological incubator? It is an entity that invests in the very early stage of companies (the seed level) that are working on a technological idea.
