Terry delivered a tiered cake and employee tried to grab box by sides, wasnt paying attention and terry had to raise his voice and grab box to keep guy from dropping the cake. Guy called about hour later threatening terry for disrespecting him and called him the n-word, said he had ways to find us and has our plate # then hung up. He called from a blocked # so I called the venue to make sure of course that the cake and my client were ok. Manager said yes, was confused by questions so I let him know wed been threatened by his employee who almost trashed a $500 cake. Just another day in the cake shop but getting that gun permit is looking better and better:/
