Thank you so much for all of your uplifting, caring comments and prayers. They mean more to me than you will ever know. Prayer is powerful!! Amazingly I have had very little pain from all the manipulation on my eye and nothing that aleve cant handle. We saw Dr. Nelson today. He said my eye looked great and that I should be the poster child for this surgery--that I look like a fast healer. Great news! My eye is pretty swollen so doesnt look great on the outside and without eye makeup that is a double whammy. He was impressed with the amount of vision I have (Im not) even though there is oil on the eye which will be taken out surgically in early May. I will need to keep my head down till Friday at noon. I will keep you posted if anything changes. In the meantime I got the okay to have our family Thanksgiving here. So grateful for that. Life is getting back to normal and I look forward to grandkids games on Sat and subbing at OHS after Thanksgiving. Happy Thanksgiving to all of you. We all have so much to be thankful for.
