Both PSP Warwickshire and PSP Exeter and the other groups started by volunteers hope to educate the Public and Healthcare Professionals about PSP/CBD, so that people with these diseases can get the help, understanding and compassion they so desperately need. Did you know ......... PSP is 50 years old! PSP was first described as a distinct disorder in 1964, when three scientists published a paper that distinguished the condition from Parkinsons disease. It is sometimes referred to as Steele-Richardson-Olszewski syndrome, reflecting the combined names of the scientists who defined the disorder. There is still NO TREATMENT & NO CURE!
