The 2nd Annual Meshugge Summer Melee is fast approaching. We currently have 20 teams registered and so far are keeping our cap at 28. On another note, tomorrow Thursday April 24th, 2014, in honor of those who were affected by the tragedy that took place at our home, The JCC of Greater KC on 4/13/14, we have created and will be performing a WOD that we have named Reat, in memory of the teenager whos life was stolen all too early. Thank you all who are taking part in this workout with us (we know of 12 boxes so far). Words cannot describe how much this means to us and we cant show you enough appreciation for all your support in this and over the last 10 days. ---WOD--- REAT 14 rounds for time - for the 14 years that Reat brought joy to his family and friends. 4 Clean and Jerks - representing the strength of our community 13 Pull ups - representing our community pulling itself up in support of each other. 14 Double Unders - representing our continued and unending strength under any circumstance.
