The AZ Republic posted an article reporting Diane Douglas to be the new female Evan Mecham on steroids. Gather round younguns... I remember when he was in office and our fine proud state made national news every single time he uttered words in public... He slandered black children. He slandered women. He slandered the LGBT community. He was a little bitty man with really bad fake hairs he wore like a hat atop his noggin while he embarrassed our state. I had a Recall Evan Mecham sticker on my car (and I **DONT do stickers) and I had to replace my back window *twice* because it kept getting smashed...prolly by the little fella himself...he woulda been about that tall... Anyway... I am *eternally* grateful my kids are dun growed *and* that ASU wouldnt let me into the college of education. There but by the grace of God go I...along with all the other Arizona educators who desperately want to teach children without all the side show piles of poop. 😝 Good luck to all yall...
