The EU offers Erasmus Mundus Scholarships ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Do you know about the Erasmus Mundus Programme? Erasmus Mundus provides scholarship opportunities for citizens of non-EU countries to study abroad in Europe. It aims to enhance the quality of higher education and promote dialogue and understanding between people and cultures through mobility and academic cooperation. Below is a video of one of a Jamaican 2013 scholarship awardee, Kadian Davis attending a tech conference Eindhoven University of Technology in the Netherlands, speaking on the importance of Data Science to Society. Kadian, a graduate of UWI, holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Philosophy in Computer Science from the UWI, and prior to her journey with ERASMUS served as Head of the Department of Information Technology at the University College of the Caribbean (UCC). She is currently pursuing Doctoral studies at the Eindhoven University of Technology in the Netherlands.
