The Heart’s Magical Tug Ascended Master, Serapis Bey’s Weekly Message ~ September 19 – 26, 2014 Received by Julie Miller On the road of turning any of your hopes or dreams into reality often brings you facing many different yet interesting directions and as you move forward, at some point you find yourself blocked, unable to move another step, possibly indecision has found its way to you or you have begun to doubt yourself, the possibilities are endless to what could create a challenge for you to accomplishing a goal, hope or dream. Any challenge, can be become bigger and more ominous when we allow fear to trickle in. We have seen many wonderful goals become stagnant due to stress, a plummet of mood, your outlook somehow takes a negative turn which puts a stop in any motivation you may have had. We know many of you have felt something similar to this at least once in your current life stream and we understand how frustrating it can be when you have worked so hard and gotten so far then suddenly all progress is halted or slowed to the pace of a snail. It’s when you feel that magical tug from your heart that stirs you back into wakefulness, reminding you why you are on that particular path, what is your purpose and what you are aiming to accomplish. It is apparent that every son and daughter of God all wants to do something, to try something and to be someone. Dear ones, look at yourself now, you are already someone, and you are a beautiful representative of God. With every good deed you do, regardless if it’s donating to charity, volunteering, holding the door open for someone, giving a smiling hello; God is working through you during those moments. It is important to remind yourself why you are on a particular journey and allow the purpose to become something of an invisible shield, one that provides you with the little push you need every now and then to keep going, regardless what else is going on. With every goal, hope or dream that you are hoping to accomplish be aware of your own personal strengths and weaknesses. The areas within yourself that are not as strong can sometimes become what prevents you from achieving your goals. Becoming aware of them, can assist you to working with them, updating them or working around them. Sometimes you might need to work on your time management skills, or shut the windows to keep the distracting noises out…with each challenge, think of a way or method that can help ease the effects of the challenge and how you can work around it and through it effectively and efficiently. The more aware you become of the parts of your thinking that holds you back, then your direction and path becomes so much more interesting. On any journey regardless if it’s a personal journey or a spiritual quest it is important to bring yourself to a place of peace. When things get out of hand, take yourself to an inner place of tranquility. Bring calm back into your being so you can begin deciphering why negative thought forms became present, what internal conversations were you having that caused you to hinder your progress. This moment of rest, is a moment of awareness, to know at a deeper level that cause and reason for what has occurred. Being at a peaceful state will help bring clarity and calm to your emotions. Bring an end to those internal negative conversations. Remember the reason for this journey, what goal, hope or dream you are aiming to accomplish. Talk to yourself using positive encouragements, positive affirmations and focus with determination that you will succeed because you are driven not only by your precious heart but by your timeless soul as well. Never forget just how important you are. It is understood that sometimes, after a while you become tired, therefore making it difficult to see that without your input, without your energy and ambition your journey would be empty. Meditation is a wonderful outlet for bringing calm and peace into your mind and body, but it also helps to regenerate your personal power and self-control. After toiling on a goal for a long time, it is essential dear ones to give to yourself. Give yourself time for rest, to relax, to play, and to enjoy life. You will reach your goal because you are determined, but don’t burn yourself out in the process of getting there. This does require a certain amount of self-control, to maintain a steady flow of energy at every interval, giving yourself necessary, mindful breaks, love and compassion. Take ownership for where you are in life, each step is your responsibility. Others can help you along the way, but it is you that must walk the steps. It is vital to your whole self to take the time to reflect on some of the things you never completed and with all honesty determine why you didn’t finish some of your past goals or projects. What deterred you? Taking time from your goals, hopes and dreams to tap into the deeper knowledge found within you, is taking a time out for you, it is beneficial and helpful. All that you need for motivation or encouragement can be found just by tuning-in to your inner self, listening to what guidance is found there and trusting where it’s pointing you towards. We have witnessed many dear souls suddenly find themselves taking an interest in other directions, such as learning to dance, to knit, to sculpt, etc., and this happens because they follow the urgings of their heart and soul working together as one. There is not always a concrete explanation other, than what is drawing you forward…an inner need that is a tug from your heart, urging you to try something new, something exciting and awe inspiring. Investing in yourself, is one of the best things you can do. Time well spent with your own person is a time spent in learning who you are, where you want to go, what you want to do; knowing your likes, your dislikes, accepting your whole self with all your perfections as well as your imperfections. Of course there will be bad days. The bad days help you to appreciate the good days. There is no journey or life that doesn’t have a few wrinkles in it. Each wrinkle is a learning opportunity to how to smooth out the wrinkles. You don’t learn or grow when everything is moving according to plan or perfectly in place. Setbacks help to you to see something you may have missed or overlooked. Many times when you get caught up in a momentum of energy, you flow so quickly and fluidly that you may have swooped right past something important. It happens to everyone, so don’t be too hard on yourself when you discover you too have missed an important factor. Try being more enthusiastic and know without a doubt you’ll learn from what has happened and be stronger, wiser and better for the lesson. Many times, it’s the little things that stick out, they show you the path of your own self, where it’s important to embrace and accept the fact that no matter how hard you try to accomplish your goals, hopes or dreams, there will be challenges, setbacks, and obstacles to overcome. They come when you least expect it. It is not a mean twist of fate, it is a way of developing your wholeness…to embrace the good with the bad, to see life is about balance. Your feelings may get hurt once in a while along the way, but you will also have moments of pure bliss and happiness that wipe the hurt away. Life truly is a paradox isn’t it? But within ever paradox there is wisdom and something worthy to be learned that can be applied wherever you are on this road called life. You will always reset yourself, put yourself back on track. Depending on the circumstance this could only take a day or two, or might take a lot longer. Don’t pressure yourself with time. Let time go and work on loving yourself from the inside out.
