The Historic Plains Hotel and Good Organic Design Presents “The Trail of Arts in Wyoming” Arts and Craft fair July 19th through July 28th, 2013 During Cheyenne Frontier Days In the Historic Plains Hotel 1600 Central Ave. and Lincolnway, Cheyenne, Wy. “The Trail of Arts in Wyoming” Arts and Crafts show in “The Plains Hotel” is to help the Wyoming arts community come together and further the awareness of “shop Local and shop US” Hours of operations: Saturday July 20th, Tuesday 23rd, Thursday 25th and Saturday 27th--8am to 4pm CFD Western Heritage Parades starts at 9:30am (runs right in front of the Plains on Central and Lincolnway) Sunday July 21st—10am to 4pm Monday July 21st, Wednesday 23rd and Friday 25th—6am to 4pm—6pm to 12pm Free Pancake Breakfasts 7am to 9 am (is held right across from the Plains in the Depot) Vending space available in side the “Plains Hotel” $250—5’ x 5’ or a 2’ x 6’ table in Banquet Hall First floor on Lincolnway $400—10’ x 10’ or a 2’ x 6’ table in Banquet Hall First floor on Lincolnway Vending space available in side “Good Organic Design” If we fill up the Plains, Good Organic Design located across from the Plains on Central will open up extra vending for $100 for a 5’ x 5’ space “Good Organic Design” Is offering year round consignment vending in side their location. $25 a month plus 20% commission. • All vending spaces are on a first come first serve basis • There will space in the Ball room for all street and hallway vendor’s to lock up their products over night. • There is Free Parking one block west of the Plains on Lincolnway in the Downtown Parking garage Contact: Brad Buckner @ 425-444-7505 or email him at bradlbuckner@reagan If you reply directly back to this email ipwhite1008@gmail, please put a subject-- The Trail of Arts in Wyoming We are looking for sponsors and a non-profit organization to donate 10% of the vending profit to and help with setting up and running the show.
