The Houston Rockets success to the 2013-14 season lives and dies with the recruitment of Dwight Howard in the offseason. Adding Howard should give the franchise a defensive juggernaut in the middle of the lane for years to come. Tab James Harden and Chandler Parsons on the outside and you have yourself a formidable Western Conference team. In the draft, the Rockets added No. 34 pick Isiah Canaan. He’ll likely play the role of a reserve scoring guard, but add little emphasis to their overall success throughout the year.
