Change the furnace, look for signs of leaking water [misplaced condensation] which comes from your air conditioner coil & high efficient furnaces, as this could be a serious problem... Use compressed air to clean moving parts and circuitry... Look for loose or haphazard wiring, tighten & clean them up... You should have a certified technician check gas pressures and refrigerant pressures periodically, as well special attention should be given to the ducting and filter sizes, be sure you dont have vents blocked, as restricted air flow is the most damaging problem we see in our line of work...
