The US government has allowed itself to be labeled as a rogue nation. We are now officially the people of tyrannical global empire. Next time the US blames some resource rich nation for being undemocratic or abusing human rights and conspires to establish a western based corporate rule, the US does not have any moral or legal standing to assert its violence and fear. More people are aware of that crucial fact. And what does this mean to an international treaty like TPP? With the NSA global surveillance in the picture, such treaty or any agreements among nations have to be reexamined from a totally different perspective.
