The following is an appeal from my friend Hsiu Tsu, who is searching for her long lost half brother. She has exhausted every avenue possible she can to find her half brother. As a last resort, she decided to use fb to seek information. Any information on him will be truly appreciated. I am looking for my half brother David Tsu, or David Kelly, who was born in Liverpool in 1945, 1946 or 1947. The birth mother, Kathleen Kelly, is believed to have been a British European Airways flight attendant. Kathleen Kelly may also have been known as Annie Kelly at that time. There was a Kelly family at #37 Caton Street, Manchester. Annie was born at the end of 1915 and baptized at church on Jan. 1916. I have been to Manchester to collect information without success. A British volunteer has done whatever she could to help with no luck so far. If you have any information on David Tsu/Kelly, would you please pass the information on to me through Mr Seekay Lan?
