The general posting I have found is concerning. I searched for the case and found that the Court in Ocanee County SC has changed many family court rules. I looked up the case number itself in Google and a Massive land records come up. Called South Carolina clerk of court she said the case is confidential and it is in family court. I told her how the heading is severed from paragraph and no one’s name ALL are in text. She said to call attorney’s office . Called Robert K. Whitney attorney’s office lady answered I asked her if the public notice was for all and explained and she never did answer me. Her response was well it shows up right in print and we are not obligated to worry about how it comes out in print online. Very defensive and not denied. I cannot believe that real estate attorneys who here in Indiana are not aware of the newest Policies concerning land redemption and that they do not realize that LASTING POWER OF ATTORNEYS are required in JANUARY 2013 to reclaim and regroup bank holdings and no one is catching on to whats happening save the government and it shows. Why would they not have text about security and identity fraud available to the public. This Whitney is listed in AIKEN County SC with another attorney- Maria Doughty - Head Insurance Regulator from Chicago as plaintiffs in a breach of contract against US Bank coming up next year. And or there is a Maria Doughty in Virginia (home of merscorp). Since this has happened here with my family and identity theft this leads me to feel this may be an attempt to highjack names or identities.
