The house officers community ressembles too much the egyptian society, every year they convince themselves that the lack of institutional organization (we cannot deny it) is the cause they dont learn exactly like when Egyptians attribute ignorance, poverty and deterioration of health to the corruption, but the truth is that house officers in Egypt will themselves fight a well organized system of education, the biggest proof for me is what I try doing with them, they attend lectures just to sign a log book and when I try to do practical workshops to apply what I teach them, half of them dont come and half of the attendance didnt attend or study the lecture for which I am doing a practical workshop, z result is simply a big failure, and they are still convinced that an اضراب will solve the whole thing, dears didnt you think out why the 25 revolution didnt work to abolish corruption: just bcoz corruption was inside everyone of us, and everyone wanted by a different method to make corruption persevere more and more, and this is the case for emtiaz, if the majority doesnt want to fight for learning even a well established system will collapse. (These words concern the majority of house officers, who can be or are actually my friends, but a truth should be said as it is) and therefore I decided to suspend all my activities with house officers till I feel a new spirit in work and learning avidity.
