The other night Cole came home and asked me what Lent was. Well at 1st I was a little confused and asked if he was talking about the stuff that I clean out of the dryer. He said no that 1 of his friends at school couldnt have anything sweet due to Lent and that she was eyeing his Nutterbar and licking her lips. I realized what he was talking about and started explaining how some Christians give up certain things to be closer to the Lord and focus more on prayer to help them be a better Christian and a better person. He got quiet for a moment thinking and then as he was leaving my room he said, well I know what Im giving up for Lent and I said what? His answer....? Homework! Lol
