The practice of Holy Yoga is not a religion because it is never about taking the place of faith or hope or belief. Holy Yoga is an expression of our hearts in worship. It is an act of surrender and a unique opportunity to connect to Jesus on our mats and with our communities in practice. We dont offer any teaching other than the Word of God.
