The toughest part of parenthood is letting go. And only parents whose children have left home would know what I am saying...those who still have even you grown children at home dont. My youngest had just turned 20 and she is venturing out next week to work at a lodge at the Grand Canyon, until October then I will have her until the end of December then she plans to move to Phoenix. I already feel sad and lonely even though I have my mother. I love my mother but the house felt much fuller and more joyful with any of my children here. Now it will be quiet and lonely until my baby comes home for one last Thanksgiving and Christmas...Parents enjoy your children before its too late...I hate the empty nest feeling!!! Just sayin
