The wrap is SO simple to use in the comfort of your own home! It only takes a minute or two to apply and in 45 minutes you can start seeing results! -Take a before picture, very important!!!! -Take it out -Apply to desired area -Secure with saran wrap, spandex, or ace bandage -Set your timer for 45 min (I personally apply for 1-2 hours, but 45 min is all that is necessary) -Remove, rub in extra lotion, and discard used wrap -Take after picture!
