There is something spooky about satellite radio. My wife and I - TopicsExpress

There is something spooky about satellite radio. My wife and I have sharply divergent tastes in many things. She loves 50s and 60s music. I liked a few things back then, but was mostly a folk and classical music lover all my life. Somehow the satellite stations know when I am in the car and always play the stuff I cant stand. The very worst thing I ever heard in my life is the Frankie Vallie rendition of Dont Think Twice, Its All Right. (Followed by everything else by the Four Screamers.) Then every time we rode together I had to endure Build Me Up, Buttercup. It should be shut the hell up buttercup. Lately it has been Leslie Gore and Sunshine, Lollipops, Rainbows and Other Things That Are Gaspingly Trite. I say, its your party and you can cry if you want to, in fact you deserve it, b!+(h. Now I feel better. I hate things that are just too sweet. Oh, yeah, anything by Bobby Goldsboro. The curmudgeonly one has spoken.
