Theres a common foodie thread running through all the Greek Detective books - Hermess favourite bougatsa! Bougatsa is a filo-and-custard delight found all over Greece, and unsurprisingly its one of my favourite sweet treats. Though it looks tricky, its not difficult to make, and if youd like to learn how, Ill teach you!
