Think its time to clamp down on unreliable djs, i think we have been fair and quite lenient, but some take advantage of that. We are not talking about the ones that rarely ask for cover, but the ones that ask for cover more than they play, and the ones who dont show with no contact or warning. So from now on if you dont show without contact, you lose your slot, if you keep asking for cover every other week , we will ask you to pick another set time that you will be able to make every week and offer your slot time to someone else. We have people that ask for slots all the time, and we have to turn them down because the time they want is taken, so if the djs who are already on these slot times can not be bothered to keep to there scheduled times, then we will give another dj a chance of filling that slot. If we sound a bit harsh, you have to remember, you the dj asked for the slot time you play, it was your choice to have that time, not ours, we just provide a place for you to play, but what we cant have is slots at prime time times left without djs playing.
