This Sunday morning is a God sent 2 me...so I praise it with deep meditations n Gongfu...but regardless...my memory serves me with de literature of George Orwell...2 remind me of what an unerring eye Orwell had 4 unwelcome realities that nobody at that time felt like facing...n 2 point out just how long it has been...more than 60yrs or more when it comes 2 few feeding off de resources of many...hmm there is a quality that we need 2 disinter frm Orwells work n resurrect...adopt 4 our own use as Africans...(((his optimism)))...George Orwell shd be seen as a Jeremiah in a tweed jacket...in fact...what shines through his writings(((Animal Farm n Nineteen Eighty-Four))) is his belief that no historical process is inevitable...under his guiding mind...I have devised a straightforward plan 4 African development...we have 2 retrace de story of how African capitalism began 2 deviate frm de way it was supposed 2 operate...identify de mechanisms that opened de way 4 de clueless politicians 2 grab de spoils...n in a brief intermission...let offer a brief sketch of what a greedy corrupt politician looks like 2 our leaders via de media...(((be it movies or animated gestures)))...in a way 2 let them aware of de influences that tend 2 generate de rich few in Africa...believe it or not they r not educated on that..so it is up 2 us 2 teach them...de features that enable this mindset 2 survive...n its besetting defects 2 de continent...then tackle de political realm...how our political leaders have castrated de democratic structures of their own parties n undermined de independence of local councils n other outside bodies 2 produce a new centralised politics...(((I am de president...what I stand 4 is different frm what my party members stand 4...I only need de party during an election)))...wake them up 2 de present...by first, looking at de truth...r they aware of de dangers we face as a minority even in our own worlds?...let us examine what sort of proposals r on de table...de sort they have presented 2 us n assess their chances of doing de trick of improving our lifestyles...then give de ruling government a half term report...then recommend an intellectual n a practical offer...a rough route map 4 getting 2 a better place n quite briskly too...let us do this together as citizens with too much 2 loose in ones lifetime
