This is an interesting one. Published on 24 Oct 2014 Americans watching television across the country were puzzled earlier today when an alert from the White House interrupted their viewing, told them to stand by for an emergency message and warned them not to use their phones. There has been an announcement due for some time now. Obama is to lead the way via the white house emergency broadcasting system and the whole world will hear of it immediately afterwards. This video concludes that this is to do with Ebola but I dont think it is. This didnt happen by mistake so either an announcement is to come or its a warning shot that one is not far away.
