This is mom, and I have something I just really need to share! Yesterday I was having a down day, and honestly stressing over not meeting our financial obligations for the adoption! I spent the day chatting with God and begging for peace and guidance. Hugs from my boy in the afternoon certainly helped! While I was driving to pick up Wessley his big sister Savannah called and asked me to stop by on my way home because she had something for me. When we got there, Savannah handed me a card, and when I opened it there was a beautiful card and an incredibly generous gift from the cast and crew of Learned Ladies! I cried! Anyone who works with the theater knows we are not a rich bunch, and these beautiful people chose to support our grand adventure because they are an amazing, kind and generous group that we have and always will consider family! I can not tell you enough how much we have seen the hand of God through out this journey!! I am totally amazed and feel so incredibly blessed by the love and support from our friends and family!! Again I am humbled and in awe of Gods blessings on this little family! Thanks to this amazing group from the Reitz Theater we were able to make our August payment closer to the $2,000. We still have a long way to go, but I am reminded again that this grand adventure is Gods plan, and as long as we dont get in the way, God will see it through! This is a big thank you to everyone of you that is sharing in this beautiful, amazing, crazy and blessed journey with us!! THANK YOU! We love you all!! (yes I am tearing up again!)
