This is my last week in Dr. Poieszs Research lab office. I am sad about leaving my friends in the lab and others in Heme/Oncology, but Im sure Ill see them around campus. I am very happy about my new position, which I start next Thursday the 13th. I will be working in the DAC as their insurance authorization person along with billing and coding. I have a lot of training to do and am excited about it!!! I enjoy learning new programs, apps etc.....bring it on, Im not scared! I love being busy and feeling like I accomplished something at the end of the day, its gratifying! It is a totally different job from what I have been doing for the past nine years, even though I have enjoyed working in the lab office, it is time for me to move on and continue learning. Im sure you have heard the saying, Use it, or lose it! Dont want to lose it, and I felt as though I was. That is one of the reason Im moving on. Enjoy your evening!
