This is so powerful. Often in moments of anxiety -- something we fear may or may not happen in the future. Also, I still catch myself sometimes saying/ thinking things in the negative that could easily be a positive statement. Im getting much better & faster at flipping it. It takes practice! For the longest time I had the yoga sutra written on a board in my home to practice this (paraphrased): When negative thoughts arise, opposite, positive ones should be thought of. (pratipaksha bhavana)
