This month Responsible Charity turns four years old and the collaboration of our digital outreach together with the hands of the young, old, skilled, educated, uneducated, and even disabled, has created a humbling gathering of exceptional people who shine a bright light on what humanism is truly about. Our organization is still in its infancy and the many challenges we face in obtaining the necessary funding for our programs are indeed serious, but little by little each day, we strive to bring solutions to people living in poverty without the promise of heavenly rewards or the guilt of dogmatic punishment. We do this because it is the right thing to do, the humane thing to do, to give another human being the opportunity to achieve the same health and happiness that we desire for ourselves. It is a simple but profound sentiment that keeps us motivated. So today, we are thankful for all of you reading this. And for the fact that we dont require a holiday or any special occasion to state or show the deep gratitude and respect we have for each of our supporters, volunteers and staff members. Not a day goes by that we dont wake up feeling incredibly grateful, thankful and moved by the support from every single one of our donors from around the world and those here in on the ground in India. Please remember that your donations keeps us on the ground working and providing education, birth control, self-sustainability and medical support to families living in poverty and any amount will make a positive difference!
